🔁 Return & Refund Policy – DexaSell

Thank you for shopping with DexaSell! We value your satisfaction and want to make sure you enjoy every purchase.
If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.


🛍️ 1. Returns

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Please contact our team via WhatsApp or Email (dexasell.shop@gmail.com) to initiate your return request.

  • Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup or provide a drop-off location.


💄 2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Beauty and skincare products (if opened or used)

  • Personal care items

  • Discounted / sale items (unless damaged or defective)


💰 3. Refunds

  • After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be provided as store credit or bank transfer, as per your choice.


⚠️ 4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


🚚 5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a product defect or our mistake, DexaSell will cover the shipping cost.

  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
